NEW AGENT TRAINING

Comprehensive 10-Week In-House Training

Our structured 10-week training program is designed to take new brokers from foundation to success. We start by helping agents build their sphere of influence, equipping them with proven strategies to generate leads and establish credibility. As the program progresses, agents gain hands-on experience in working with buyers and sellers, from initial consultations to negotiating deals and closing transactions. By the end of the course, brokers not only close their first buyer and seller deals but also learn how to generate ongoing referrals, ensuring long-term career growth.
